1. The service
Trung tâm Đào tạo ITI is an online training platform: a course library, content authoring tools, quizzes, assignments, live sessions, learning paths, competency frameworks, certificates and progress reporting for companies.
These terms apply when you visit the website, create or use an account, order licenses on a partner's store, or use any feature of the platform. You confirm that you have read and accept them when you tick the consent box while creating an account, while placing an order, or at the sign-in where you are asked.
2. Parties to the service
The service reaches users through three tiers, and each party is responsible for its own part:
- The platform operator (details in section 12): runs the system, keeps it technically secure and provides the shared course library.
- Distribution partners: sell licenses under their own brand on their own store, set prices, author their own courses, contract with and support customer companies. Prices, invoices and commercial agreements with customers are the partner's business.
- Customer companies: buy licenses, issue accounts to their staff, assign courses and follow results. For their staff's learning data, the company decides the purposes of use.
- Users: independent learners, or staff given an account by their company, using the service in the role they were assigned.
When you use the service through a partner's store or domain, the name and branding you see are the partner's, while the system behind it is provided by the platform operator. Separate agreements between a partner and a customer company (prices, license terms, support) supplement these terms; they do not replace them.
3. Accounts and roles
Accounts are issued by your company, created by you at sign-up, or created when you sign in with your company's single sign-on. Each account belongs to one person; do not share your account or password with anyone.
What you can do in the system depends on your role — learner, department manager, company administrator, instructor, partner staff or platform staff — and only within the data that role is allowed to see.
Keep your password secret and tell your training administrator or support straight away if you suspect someone else is using your account. A temporary password issued by an administrator must be changed at the first sign-in.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful learning and training. You must not:
- Access data, accounts or areas you are not entitled to, including by editing addresses or calling the API directly.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringes anyone's rights, or contains malicious code.
- Disrupt the system: probe for vulnerabilities without permission, send abnormal traffic, or work around technical limits.
- Cheat in learning and assessment: take tests for someone else, report fake progress, or share quiz answers.
- Collect other users' personal data beyond what your assigned work requires.
5. Content and intellectual property
Courses, lessons, videos, documents and questions belong to whoever created or licensed them — the platform operator, a distribution partner, a company, an instructor or their licensors.
A learning license lets you view and study content for the term and scope purchased or granted. You may not copy it, download it outside the features provided, resell it or distribute it to others.
Content you create yourself — submissions, discussion posts, courses you author — remains yours or your organisation's. You allow the system to store, display and process it as far as needed to provide the service, for example so an instructor can grade your work or classmates can read your discussion posts.
6. Personal data protection
Your personal data is collected and processed under the Privacy Policy and Vietnamese law on personal data protection. That policy explains what data is collected, what it is used for, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
Every time you agree to the terms and the policy, the system records the document version, the time, your IP address and your browser, so that your consent can be demonstrated when needed.
The company that issued your account can see your learning progress and results within its management scope.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. It may pause for maintenance, upgrades, incident response, or causes beyond reasonable control such as network infrastructure failures, natural disasters or orders from competent authorities.
For planned maintenance we give notice in the system where possible. Any availability commitment belongs in the contract between the parties, not in these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and with the features available at the time of use. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect damage arising from service interruptions, from content created by other parties, or from unauthorised use of an account whose password was not kept secret.
Course content authored by partners, companies or instructors is the responsibility of its author. Certificates issued by the system confirm completion of a course on the platform; they do not replace degrees or professional certificates issued by state authorities.
Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
An account may be suspended or locked for breaching these terms, when there are signs of unauthorised use, or at the request of a competent authority. Companies manage their staff accounts and may suspend, reopen or close them.
When the training contract of a company, or of a distribution partner, is paused or ends, access for that company's accounts may be suspended as well. Data after termination is handled under the Privacy Policy and the contract between the parties.
You may stop using the service at any time; requests about your personal data go through the Contact section of the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
Each edition of these terms has a version number, and an effective date once published, shown at the top of this page. When these terms or the Privacy Policy change, the new version is published here and you are asked to agree again at your next sign-in, before you continue using the service.
If you do not agree with the new version, you may stop using the service. Your consent to earlier versions is kept as evidence for the period in which they applied.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Disputes are first settled by negotiation. If negotiation fails, they are resolved by the competent authority under Vietnamese law.
The Vietnamese version is the original; the English version is for reference. Where the two differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
